STEPHEN WASIRA OPENS CCM OFFICES IN CHIBE, SHINYANGA, CALLS FOR OFFICES TO ADDRESS CITIZENS' ISSUES

The Vice Chairman of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) for Mainland Tanzania, Stephen Wasira, has stated that party offices across the country should be used to address the challenges facing citizens.

Wasira made these remarks on March 26, 2025, during the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the CCM office building in Chibe, Shinyanga District, where he urged the party offices to become a place where citizens can bring their concerns.

"I congratulate you on getting such a good office, and I ask you to use it to listen to the people here, listen to our party members, and hold meetings with agendas that focus on people's issues, not settling disputes," Wasira said.

He emphasized that the discussions at these meetings should address real problems, stating, "Let's talk about people's issues. Let all our minutes focus on people's matters. For instance, if street vendors are facing these problems, have they been resolved? If farmers have these issues, have they been addressed? Various groups of citizens need to know that CCM is their refuge," he stressed.
