Fadlu Davids, the Head Coach of Simba, has expressed confidence that his team is ready to secure a victory in their CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinal match against Al Masry of Egypt.
The match, which is part of the CAF Confederation Cup quarterfinals, will take place on April 2, 2025. Simba's squad is currently in Egypt for preparations ahead of the game.
In the first leg of the quarterfinals, Simba will play away, and the return leg will be at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium on April 9. The winner of the two-legged tie will advance to the semifinals.
Coach Fadlu emphasized that every match at this stage is crucial for their progress, and the team is working hard to ensure they are in their best form.
"The task is huge in every game, especially at this stage. We need to get results, and playing away brings a lot of challenges, but we have an advantage for the return leg, which will be played at Mkapa Stadium," Fadlu said.
He also praised his players for their determination, saying, "The players are working hard in every match, fighting for victory. I commend them for their commitment."
